Yoga teacher graduated in 1989 from Swami Satyananda’s Bihar School of Yoga in Munger (India) and subsequently from the Italian Yoga Federation in the four-year period 1992-1996.
Graduated in Education Sciences at the Bicocca University and lecturer at the Faculty of Education of the same University for teaching Yoga workshops for children to first-year students of the Single Cycle Degree Course of Sciences of primary education. She is Master in Neuroscience and contemplative practices at the University of Pisa. Director of the Level I Master in Yoga Expert for Children and Adolescents at the Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples.
Lorena Pajalunga also directs the yoga school Le Filosofie del Corpo, in Oreno di Vimercate (www.lefilosofiedelcorpo.it) and in Milan.
Author of the volumes “Giocayoga®”, “Yoga per adolescenti”, “Yoga piccolo piccolo” and “Il grande manuale delle sequenze dello yoga”, “Mindfulness per gatti(e i loro padroni)”, “Play Yoga”. She has been involved for decades in the teaching of Yoga for children and adolescents and in the training of teachers for the Gioca Yoga method.
In her workshops she illustrates the theoretical foundations of Raja-Yoga, of their declination in didactic practice, divided both into age groups and into the eight anga (steps) of the yogic journey. Another theme of her interventions is “L’incontro con l’Altro”.
She has done training (asana) in various yoga teacher training schools. She carries out yoga courses at the Desio and Vimercate Hospital. She attended the Mindufulness Project school, “Three-year School of Mindfulness Counseling”, at the Lama Tzong Khapa Institute in Pomaia and the “Hypnosis and Mindfulness” course at the Mindfulness Center in Milan.
Since April 2016 she is an internationally accredited teacher with Yoga Alliance®-Italia.
He began studying Yoga at the Kalakshetra Academy in Chennai and then continued at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Kerala and Tamil Nadu where he obtained the title of “Yoga Acharya” after successfully completing the advanced course for teachers.
Assistant of his teacher Srivatsa Ramaswami, he engaged in a research related to the therapeutic effects of Viniyasa Yoga for the book “The complete book of Vinyasa Yoga”.
Over the years he has integrated the study of Pilates and AcroYoga. Exponent of excellence in yoga, martial arts and Indian classical dance. Raised in an artistic environment, he began to dance at the age of 10 and today he is a world famous exponent of Bharatha Natyam. He is currently a guest lecturer at numerous dance schools in India, Australia, Europe and the USA.

He has been dedicating himself for years to studying and deepening the movement and the relationship with music and silence.
Since 2004 she has been a yoga teacher in courses for mothers and new born babies and courses for mothers and children, yoga in pregnancy and carnatic singing. She has run a family owned nursery and is a Hatha yoga teacher.
Giuliano Boccali è professore ordinario di Indologia e tibetologia e insegna attualmente Lingua e letteratura sanscrita presso l’Università di Milano. Alla concentrazione esclusiva su questo campo di studi è giunto circa vent’anni or sono, dopo un lungo periodo di attività prevalentemente dedicata alla linguistica indoeuropea e in particolare alla Filologia iranica, disciplina che ha insegnato per quindici anni circa, a Venezia (1973-1983) e poi a Milano come professore associato (1983-1987).
Come indologo ha insegnato all’Università degli Studi di Venezia “Ca’ Foscari” dal 1987 al 1997, tenendo anche il corso di Religioni e filosofie dell’India; chiamato a Milano nel 1997, sull’insegnamento che era stato del suo Maestro, Vittore Pisani, ha tenuto per un decennio anche il corso di Indologia.
I suoi studi sono rivolti alla letteratura indiana classica (kāvya), in particolare al problema della sua genesi e della relazione con Mahābhārata e Rāmāyaṇa, i grandi poemi epici tradizionali. Fra i temi del kāvya approfonditi in particolare si trovano l’amore e le descrizioni naturali; queste ultime sono studiate anche nella loro relazione con i sentimenti estetici (rasa) che la teoria classica indiana prevede e classifica nelle opere letterarie e teatrali. L’estetica sia letteraria sia figurativa rappresenta un altro dei campi privilegiati dell’indagine; vi si è aggiunta, negli anni più recenti, la ricerca sullo status delle passioni nella cultura indiana tradizionale. Molto intensa anche l’attività di traduttore di opere che sono fra i capolavori della letteratura indiana classica: la Sattasaī di Hāla (“Le settecento strofe”, con C. Pieruccini e D. Rossella), il Meghadūta (“Nuvolo messaggero” di Kālidāsa), la Caurapañcāśikā attribuita a Bilhaṇa (“Le stanze dell’amor furtivo”) e il Gītagovinda di Jayadeva, celebre poemetto erotico-mistico sugli amori fra il dio Kṛṣṇa e la pastorella Rādhā. Dal 2009 è disponibile un’ampia antologia (in collaborazione con S. Lienhard, Marsilio, Venezia) della poesia classica, che condensa vent’anni di studi offrendo anche un’introduzione teorica e storica alla grande corrente della letteratura indiana.
Fra le responsabiltà scientifiche di Giuliano Boccali si ricordano: Direttore Scientifico, The Venetian Academy of Indian Studies (VAIS, 1987-2004); General Secretary, International Committee for the Promotion of Studies in Indian Classical Literature (ICICL, 1996-…); Membro del Consiglio Scientifico Nazionale, Istituto Italiano per l’Africa e l’Oriente (Is.I.A.O. continuazione dell’Is.M.E.O. fondato da Giuseppe Tucci: 2000-2004; 2004-2008); Presidente dell’Associazione Italiana di Studi Sanscriti (A.I.S.S.: 2004-2009 e rieletto per il quinquennio 2009-2014). Appartiene al Comitato Scientifico di “RiSS Rivista di Studi Sudasiatici” (Firenze University Press, dal 2006, al Comitato Scientifico selezionatore del Referee di “Indoasiatica” (Cafoscarina, Venezia dal 2003), e all’Editorial Board di Indologica Taurinensia (dal 2013).
Fra le responsabilità accademiche ricoperte, Giuliano Boccali è stato componente del Consiglio di Amministrazione dell’Università degli Studi di Venezia “Ca’ Foscari”, Delegato “Socrates” della Facoltà di Lettere e Filosofia dell’Università degli Studi di Milano (1998-2004) ed è attualmente (2005-….) Delegato alla mobilità studentesca internazionale del Rettore e per l’Accoglienza delle delegazioni straniere (da 20.10.09 sino al giugno 2011) nell’Ateneo Milanese.

Born in Verona in 1960, he began to take an interest in yoga at a very young age. At the age of 17 he visited Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Pondicherry for the first time, where he had the opportunity to meet some of the disciples who had been closest to Sri Aurobindo and Mother. She has volunteered to help children and teenagers in scouting and after-school activities. She has become a Yoga RATNA teacher graduated from the S.I.Y.R of Piacenza. She specialized in yoga for children and adolescents, successfully attending the A.I.Y.B. on the GiocaYoga® method of Lorena Pajalunga, and in yoga for the disabled, obtaining the title of Master Yoga for The Special Child® by Sonia Sumar.
Alessandra De Salvo was born in Moncalieri in 1981 and has been practicing yoga since the age of 19. She graduated in Hindi Language and Literature in 2007 with a thesis dedicated to the Bhaktamal of Nabhadas, a hagiographic text dedicated to the mystics and saints of medieval India and, deepening the same theme, in 2011 she obtained a PhD in Indological Studies at the University of Turin. During her studies she had the opportunity to attend classes in Indology, Religions and Philosophies of India, Hindi and Sanskrit language and literature with Pinuccia Caracchi, Stefano Piano, Mario Piantelli and Alberto Pelissero.
During her university years she collaborated with some theatrical associations (Cantoregi Project, Pelobate Theater, Gruppo del Cerchio), carrying out the duties of assistant director and, starting from 2005, conducting theatrical animation workshops at the Preschools of the Province of Turin. At the same time she developed a deep passion for early childhood education and, in 2008, obtained a diploma for early childhood educators and coordinated a nursery for many years. At the same time she deals with Italian courses and home help services of the Municipality of Pancalieri aimed at foreign children and young people. For over ten years she has tried to combine her passion for Indian culture with pedagogical practice, and the encounter with the Giocayoga method and the achievement of the title of Yoga Teacher for children in 2013 represent an important milestone in her long training path. Since 2014 she has collaborated with Aiyb, where she deals with Indology and GiocaYoga teaching for the age group 0-3 years and since 2017 she has been coordinating the Turin Master.

She graduated from the ‘Escuela de Expression Còrporal Dramatica’ in Barcelona (Spain), under the artistic guidance of the Chilean Jessica Walker. All the professional and artistic experiences of 2004, take shape in Barcelona (Spain), in Logic’Artistic Solution, an association of artistic expression, as well as creator of the artistic format Entre el Cuerpo y Yo, which in 2007 also arrived in Milan. Thanks to the contamination with other realities and disciplines, she had the opportunity to live important experiences as a director and choreographer, editing and art director. She has been a Bikram Yoga teacher since 2007 and opens his own “amasole” Yoga center. She is a trainer of Hot Yoga (TT 200 hours Yoga Alliance), Yin yoga (200 hours Yoga Alliance) and Hatha Flow.
After acquiring the Reiki Master with Sergio Zini, she began a training course at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in Milan and approached meditation as a personal practice. In 2000, she began practicing Sudarshan KriyaÒYoga and began the training course under the direct guidance of her Master Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, in Europe and India. In 2003, she acquired the RYT 200H teacher certification in Sri Sri Yoga with Yogacharya Krishan Verma, of whom she became assistant for yoga teacher training.
In 2009 she became an authorized trainer for the teaching of Sudarshan KriyaÒ Yoga and in 2013 for the teaching of Sahaj Samadhi Meditation. In 2016 she deepened her training by certifying herself as a yoga teacher RYT 350H by completing the Advanced Teachers Training in Sri Sri Yoga. She obtained a Master’s Degree in Literature by taking all the History of Theater and Indology exams.
Since 2001 she has dedicated herself to learning the classical performative cultures of India with particular attention to Bharata Natyam style dance.
From 2006 she studies in India carnatic and nattuvanar chant with Bhagavatulu Seetharama Sharma (Kalapeetham school of Chennai), abhinaya (expression techniques) with Smt Indira Kadambi and has been deepening the study of Bharata Natyam through regular trips to India at the Bharata Choodamani school in Chennai, directed by her guru: Padmashri Adyar K. Lakshman.
Since 2002 she has been acting teacher at the Scuola di Teatri Possibili (adult courses). In 2008-2009 she made her debut in India at the “Kapalishwara Temple”, thus obtaining the Diploma of Professional Artist from her teacher Adyar K. Lakshman who also initiated her to teach Bharata Natyam dance.
In 2009 she founded the Sagome Teatro Association in Milan where, in addition to dealing with theater, she is responsible for the “India Project” for the promotion of Indian culture and the dissemination of classical Indian performing arts. Since 2010 she has been collaborating with the Milon group: Bengal songs and dances.
She is a dancer and choreographer of the Denis Stern Project, a world music project.
In 2009 she obtained the qualification of music therapist at the Tuscan Center of Music Therapy C.E.T.O.M. of Florence.
Since 2009 she has been working as a music therapist at the Antonio Bacchelli Music Association of Rosignano Solvay and leads as a freelance professional at various other locations and schools in the provinces of Livorno and Pisa, music workshops with adults and children. She has also worked as an educator in various day centers with psychiatric, elderly and disabled patients and she has played roles as a school educator with supplementary support duties in kindergartens, primary and upper secondary schools.
In 2017 she graduated in “Psychological Sciences and Techniques” at the School of Psychology of the University of Florence, with the thesis entitled: “Mindfulness: clinical applications and psychophysiological effects” dedicated to the deepening of the theme of meditation and its benefits on the physical and psychological health of people. Since 2017 she has been the owner of the Spazioindaco Multifunctional Center in Cecina.
In 2018 she participated in an intensive seminar with the Siberian singer Sajncho Namčylak, where she deepened the techniques of vocal improvisation, overtones (overtones) according to the Siberian lamaist and shamanic traditions, as well as the Tuvan styles of harmonic singing.
Graduated in Psychology from the La Sapienza University of Rome, she obtained a Masters in Neuroscience, Mindfulness and Contemplative Practices at the University of Pisa. In 2017 she began a collaboration with PsicheMilano as a Psychologist, Coordinator for the development of new projects and Instructor of Mindfulness Based protocols. For years she has been practicing Hatha Yoga, Vipassana meditation, participating in awareness groups and inner research. She
conducts individual and group Mindfulness paths with individuals or within work organizations. In the first 20 years of her professional career she worked in the Textile and Clothing field for leading companies in the sector as Buyer, Product Manager, Fashion Coordinator, Product Director.
Passionate traveler and curious explorer of the world, she has lived in South America, in the United States, in small and large European cities.
Expert percussionist playing Indian Tabla. He has been playing Tabla since 1998 with the famous Maestro Shanka Chatterji from Calcutta. He met the master P.V. Nandasiri representative of the Delhi Gharana tradition, a classical style of northern India, becoming one of the main representatives of this instrument in Italy.
Currently he continues the study of Tabla in Varanasi, India, with Master Rajaneesh Tiwari, disciple of the recognized Master of Tabla Pandit Choote Lal Mishra. He collaborates in several projects of classical, semiclassical and Indian devotional music; he also plays with ethnic and Latin music groups and ranges from Italian and international composers. The intent is to spread, through the spell of Indian rhythms, the musical, spiritual and literary art of Indian culture.
Singer of Kirtan and Bhajan, he is accompanied by the Harmonium or guitar. Thanks to numerous trips to India he deepened the teachings of the tradition of Meditation and Devotional chant known by the name of Kirtan and Bhajan through the guidance of Spiritual Masters.
Artist of Colombian origin, through songs, music, dance and poetry she celebrates Life, the Earth and the Universe. Leads groups of ceremonies, singing and sharing circles.
Graduated in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation with a Master in Tourism Management, she approached yoga around the age of 25. Direct student of Lorena Pajalunga, she graduated as a Hatha Yoga teacher at the Institute for the Study of Yoga and Oriental Culture in Turin, she immediately began to conduct courses and specialize at the Italian Yoga Children Association, dedicating the latest ten years studying, practicing yoga in all its forms and full-time associative activities.
She specialized in the Master ‘BabyOM’ for teaching yoga to pregnant and postpartum women, in the Master ‘Yoga Nidra’ and in the Master ‘Giocayoga’ for teaching Yoga to children and for some years she has been part of the teaching staff of these same organisations.
Since 2013 she has been involved in the organization of the AIYB Masters throughout the Italian territory and the ‘Aiyb School’ online platform. She conducts numerous yoga courses at ‘Le Filosofie del Corpo’ Yoga School in Vimercate, at ‘Home Balance’ in Brugherio and has gained various experiences in associations and preschools in the area, conducting Giocayoga projects for children.
An exponent of Carnatic singing from Mumbai, he gave his first concert at the age of 11. He was initiated into carnatic chant by Mahalakshmi Natrajan, and received advanced teachings from gurus such as P. S. Narayanaswamy, T. V. Gopalankrishnan, R.R. Keshavamurthy.
He sang on tours abroad in Great Britain, the United States, Germany, France, Italy, Holland, Austria, Singapore and Malaysia; in India he has released several albums under different labels, trained numerous students both in India and abroad during workshops and training courses to promote the dissemination of Carnatic chant globally.
Ballerina professionista diplomata presso l’Accademia di danza di Roma, ha proseguito i suoi studi in ambito post riabilitativo, posturale, psicofisico e olistico. Laureata presso l’università Yoga Vedanta di Roma con un corso quadriennale per insegnanti Yoga riconosciuto UE, è anche insegnante certificata metodo Polestar® Pilates Education of New York International.
Nel 2010 consegue il diploma come insegnante certificata Giocayoga con A.I.Y.B. Dal 2004 al 2010 dirige l’Ecole de dance, studio di Pilates, yoga e danza a Roma.
Dal 2011 al 2013 collabora con IncontraDonna Onlus e l’ospedale Sant’Andrea di Roma presso i quali insegna yoga e meditazione in ambito oncologico.
Dal 2014 ad oggi dirige il Centro Olos Vandana a Cagliari. Dal 2017 ad oggi sono personal coaching di Yoga e meditazione presso il Forte Village Resort, Sardegna.
Dal 2020 è consulente per doTerra® Italia specializzandosi nell’utilizzo degli oli essenziali durante la pratica yoga per favorisce la percezione del respiro, attivare i recettori dell’umore, del sistema nervoso, endocrino, immunitario, digerente e circolatorio favorendo il benessere psicofisico.

Graduated in Osteopathy (DO) at the I.S.O. Higher Institute of Osteopathy of Milan, issued by the Italian Osteopaths Registry (ROI), and the Master of Science in Osteopathy (MSc.Ost), issued by Buckinghamshire New University Wycombe, United Kingdom.
Thanks to the passion for her work and the desire to pass it on to future osteopaths, she began a career as an assistant in the diagnostic reasoning department of the Higher Institute of Osteopathy. She also deals with the training of lay staff on the practice of BLSD-D (Basic Life Support and Defibrillation).
In 2008 he obtained the certificate for the three-year Ayurvedic operator course and in 2014 he obtained the diploma for the two-year Ayurvedic operator course at the AUMSHANTI association. He then attended the Yoga Master for children and teenagers Giocayoga, directed by Lorena V. Pajalunga.

Psychologist analyst, Sand Play therapist; former member of the Italian Association of Analytical Psychology (A.I.P.A.) and of the IAAP (International Association for Analitical Psychology), he is co founder and president of the Mindfulness Project, of which he is a teacher; meditation teacher according to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
In 1978 he met Buddhism in the person of Lama Thubten Yeshe and trained with Dora Kalff, Jungian analyst and direct student of C.G. Jung; since then he has dedicated his personal and professional research to a work of integration of western and eastern psychology. He has held psychology seminars in various cities in Italy and has taught psychology and meditation in some European cities, as well as in India and Nepal.
For years he has been receiving invitations to hold theoretical-experiential training courses in various Italian Buddhist centers, yoga associations, universities and psychological training schools, to spread a comparative approach between Western and Eastern techniques and methodologies.
Margaretha Tosi-Lesman, Dutch, has lived in Italy since 2013. Graduated as HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator (HBCE) and in 2013 at HypnoBirthing Institute, Arizona, USA. Graduated as Doula in 2016 with the Mondo Doula Milano Association and holistic therapist since 2006, graduated from the HCBBT institute in Amsterdam; in the same years she worked as a Manager at the UMCG University Hospital in Amsterdam.
Graduated in Philosophy in 2002; from January 2003 to December 2005 she attended the three year training course for art therapists at the ArTeA specialization school directed by M.o Achille De Gregorio and from 2006 to 2010 she attended the Permanent Training in art therapy at the same school.
In those same years and to this day she has attended numerous specialization courses and organized and managed art therapy workshops at various institutions, schools and cooperatives in the region.
From January 2007 to October 2015 she worked at the ArTeA Association – Arte Terapeuti Associati (via Ascanio Sforza 47, Milan) as head of student training and secretary of the Postgraduate School of Art Therapy for the Milan office. She also dealt with the organization of events on behalf of the Association itself, such as conferences in the art therapy sector.
Graduated as a Gioca Yoga® teacher and she is a trainer for the AIYB.
Laura Venditti, saxophonist, concert artist and teacher. She graduated with full marks in 2009 at the “Ottorino Respighi” State Conservatory of Music in Latina.
She perfects herself with internationally renowned teachers. Winner of national and international competitions, she performs concerts in Italy and abroad both as a soloist and in various ensembles such as the South Zone Saxophone Quartet, the Duo Kalamia and the ElectroSaxDuo.
She follows musical preparatory courses to teach children from 0 to 10 years old. She is currently a saxophone teacher at the Giovanni Verga comprehensive IC of Pontinia (LT) in parallel with her musical activity, in 2017 she obtained the Master of Yoga Expert for Childhood and Adolescence at the Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples and in 2019 Aiyb certification for teaching the Giocayoga® method to children.
